ClaimNest — organize the evidence before the claim becomes impossible to reconstruct
A disability or insurance claim rarely lives in one place. Symptoms are in your memory, appointments in a calendar, records in portals, important dates in letters and claim events in another system. ClaimNest connects those pieces into one working chronology without asking you to create another cloud account.
Built for organization, not diagnosis or eligibility decisions. ClaimNest helps you understand what records you have, what happened when and what still needs follow-up. Dates are entered by you from the source that applies; the app does not determine a legal, policy or benefit deadline.
What ClaimNest helps you answer
What changed in daily life?
Connect symptoms to activities affected, help needed, limits and recovery time.
What happened with the claim?
See submissions, evidence requests, exams, decisions and review events in date order.
What evidence exists?
Maintain an index of records and where the originals can be found.
What needs attention next?
Keep appointments and user-entered follow-up dates visible from the dashboard.
One chronology across the whole claim
The app is designed around the pieces that usually become fragmented: symptoms → functional impact → appointments → evidence → submissions → decisions → user-entered follow-up dates.
Symptoms plus function
Record severity and the practical effect on ordinary activities, so a symptom score is connected to what actually changed that day.
Appointments & exams
Keep doctor visits, specialist appointments, independent exams, agency calls and follow-ups in one dated history.
Evidence index
Track medical records, test results, statements, forms, decision letters and where the original documents are stored.
Claim chronology
Build one administrative timeline from application through requests, submissions, examinations, decisions and appeals.
Entered dates stay visible
Dates you enter from notices, letters or your own follow-up plan remain visible until marked complete instead of disappearing inside portals or email.
Claim review packet
Print a chronology, functional-impact summary, appointment list, evidence index and open user-entered follow-ups in one readable packet.
Portable records
Export CSV and JSON backups without depending on a cloud account or monthly subscription.
Separate sample data
Explore the app with demo records, then remove them without touching your real entries.
Who it is for
ClaimNest is useful when a claim has grown beyond one form, notice or focused tracker. It can help people organizing disability, benefits or insurance records when they need to keep daily function, medical appointments, evidence references and administrative events understandable together.
If your need is narrow, start with the free tools instead.
Why the app separates symptoms from functional impact
A number such as “pain 7/10” describes severity, but it does not explain what changed in ordinary life. ClaimNest lets you record both. A useful entry can show the symptom, the activity affected, whether help was needed and how long the effect lasted.
This structure is meant to improve your own recordkeeping. It does not tell an agency, insurer or clinician how to interpret the information.

How to Organize Disability Claim Evidence →What ClaimNest is not
ClaimNest does not diagnose a condition, determine eligibility, calculate benefits, interpret an insurance policy, determine filing deadlines or give legal advice. Claim requirements differ between insurers, agencies and jurisdictions.
Make the claim file understandable before you need to explain it.
