77 commonly rented items across 8 areas of a house. Tick what you own and each one becomes a real inventory item with a category and a suggested rate already filled in.

Every item is scored on value, how often people want that category, turnaround time and breakage risk — then told plainly whether it is a strong candidate or not worth the hassle.
Pricing that holds up
Rates built from what the item would sell for today, not what you paid in 2019. It also shows how many days of hire it takes to replace the thing if somebody destroys it.

Pick an item and two dates. It checks availability, warns you by name about clashes, finds the cheapest combination of day, week and month rates, and writes the reply.
Listings and messages written for you

Where is my data stored?
In your own browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded. That also means you should export a backup — the app reminds you, and the guide explains it properly.
Do I need the app and the workbook?
No — pick whichever you will actually keep up to date. They hold the same information in the same shape, so switching later costs an hour of typing rather than your history.
Will this work outside the US?
The app and workbook work anywhere and let you set your own currency. The business plan is written to be country-neutral: where it touches tax, insurance or platform rules it tells you which question to ask and who to ask, rather than answering for a jurisdiction it does not know.
Is the rental agreement legally binding?
It is a plain-language starting template, not legal advice. Contract and consumer law vary by country and region. Have it looked at by someone qualified before relying on it for anything high-value.
