Commercial Ice Machine Cleaning Pricing & Recurring Route Calculator
Price the whole commercial visit — first-machine time, additional machines, travel, parking, chemicals, filters, documentation, overhead and callback risk — then see what the recurring account is worth and how many similar sites fit your entered technician day.

Same-site machines should share mobilization, not erase incremental cost
A second machine often avoids another drive and check-in, but it still consumes technician time, chemicals, filter material and documentation. The model keeps the first-machine cycle separate from additional-machine time so multi-unit pricing can become more efficient without becoming arbitrary.
Recurring revenue is useful only when the visit price works
The annual value is the safe visit price multiplied by the visits per year you entered. The calculator does not recommend a maintenance interval. It simply reveals whether the recurring account is worth what the calendar space costs.
Callbacks consume route capacity twice
A callback reserve protects portfolio economics; the stress test separately shows what happens when a specific visit consumes an extra hour. Both matter because unpaid revisits reduce margin and remove a slot that could have served another account.
