Per-unit pricing should be an output
The first commercial unit often carries mobilization, access and equipment setup. Additional units share some of those costs but still consume technician and equipment time. Model the site first, then use price per unit as a comparison metric.
Equipment time and labor time are different costs
If cleaning equipment has meaningful maintenance, depreciation or rental cost, allocate it by clock hour while labor is based on paid technician-hours. Keeping both visible makes a multi-tech visit easier to understand.
Recurring discounts should come from repeatable efficiency
