Price the whole stop, not only the brush time
Job time that never reaches the invoice still consumes the day. Setup, access, pack-up and drive time determine how many stops a route can hold, while loaded labor, equipment wear, supplies and vehicle cost determine what the stop costs the business. This calculator keeps those two questions separate so a busy route cannot disguise a weak price.
A callback percentage is not the same as pretending every job gets a callback
The reserve is a portfolio assumption: if callbacks, return checks or other unrecovered revisit costs consume a known share of revenue over time, enter that share. The stress panel then asks a different question — what happens to this specific quote if the visit itself runs materially longer than estimated?
Route density changes capacity before it changes cleaning time
The route estimate adds your average between-stop drive time to the entered on-site clock time and divides the available route day by that cycle. It is deliberately simple and transparent.
