PUMP Act Workplace Break & Space Log
Track each pumping need against what actually happened at work: start delay, duration, interruptions, whether the space was private and functional, and whether you had to keep working during the break.
1. Work setup
Example mode is temporary. Your real pumping record is untouched.
2. Pattern dashboard
3. Log a pumping need / session
4. Space audit
5. Employer notice & response chronology
6. Local evidence vault
7. Record summary
8. Export, backup & delete
Why log the need time and actual start separately?
The federal rule is framed around reasonable break time each time the employee has need to express milk. Recording only the final session duration misses repeated delays. This tool therefore calculates the gap between the time you needed/requested a session and when it actually began.
Work during a pumping break matters
Compensation rules can depend on whether an employee is completely relieved from duty and on other wage-and-hour rules. The tracker records work performed during a session so the facts are preserved without making a wage-law conclusion.
