SSI Redetermination Prep & Resource Record Tracker
Turn a redetermination letter into a working checklist: what SSA is reviewing, what changed, what documents you have, what is still missing, and the income/resource/living-arrangement timeline behind the answers.
1. Review setup
Example mode is temporary. Your real review record is untouched.
2. Readiness dashboard
3. SSA document checklist
Mark only what is relevant to your case. “Not applicable” does not lower completeness.
4. Monthly eligibility-factor snapshots
| Month | Earned | Other | Resources | Living arrangement | Contribution | Notes | Action |
|---|
5. Change-report chronology
6. Local evidence vault
7. Interview / form brief
8. Export, backup & delete
Documents commonly requested
SSA lists examples such as pay stubs or tax returns, proof of other income, bank statements, life-insurance policies, burial contracts, proof of other resources and household receipts/bills. Not every case needs every item, so this tool lets you mark items not applicable instead of pretending one checklist fits everyone.
Why keep a change-report log
A dated log of what changed, when you reported it and what confirmation you retained can make a later review much easier to reconstruct. The tracker does not transmit change reports to SSA.
