Craft Fair & Vendor Market Profitability Tracker
A busy booth can still be a bad event. Count the booth fee, travel, card fees, product cost and every hour from making inventory through teardown, then compare markets by the number that matters: what the event actually paid you per hour.

The sales number is the least useful number on the table
Gross sales tell you whether people bought. They do not tell you whether the event was good business. A market with $1,400 in sales can be worse than one with $800 if the first required two hotel nights, a high booth fee and three days of preparation.
This tracker separates revenue, direct event costs, cost of goods sold and time. That makes very different events comparable on one line: effective hourly profit.
What should decide whether you return next year?
Look at profit per hour, sell-through, whether you hit your target pay, and what was unusual about the event. A one-off rainstorm is different from bad organizer communication or weak buyer fit. Save a short note while the event is still fresh; next season that note will be worth more than the raw sales total.
