Capacity bottleneck

inventory vs labor
Business planning only. This tool models financial assumptions only. It does not provide electrical, radio-frequency, battery, venue, crowd, accessibility, sanitation, licensing, music-rights or event-safety instructions. Handle those requirements separately with the applicable vendors, venues and professionals.

Headset count is not the same thing as profit

A 100-headset booking can look attractive until prep, testing, charging, missing-unit reserve, delivery, collection and paid support are included. This calculator turns those hidden operating steps into a price floor instead of treating the equipment as free after purchase.

Capacity has two ceilings

Your weekly ceiling is the lower of usable headset turns and paid crew-hours. Buying more headsets does not create capacity when labor is already the bottleneck, and adding labor does not help if the fleet is fully committed.
