The party duration is not the booking labor
A three-hour event can consume much more than three hours of business capacity. Prep, loading, driving, setup, collection, teardown and cleaning all happen around the visible party window. Pricing those minutes is what separates revenue from real contribution.
Weekend capacity is the smallest ceiling
Owning five sets does not create five usable Saturday bookings if crew or cleaning capacity only supports three. The calculator compares all three constraints and uses the smallest as the practical ceiling.
