Workout Progress Dashboard

Bring together the progress data you have already saved in GentleTools Fitness tools on this device. No account is required and no sample history is inserted.

This dashboard reads existing GentleTools Fitness data from this browser on this device. It does not create sample history or diagnose health changes. © GentleTools · gentletools.com

What this tool does

The dashboard reads three existing GentleTools Fitness data sources: saved Training Volume sessions, saved Recovery / Readiness check-ins and saved Body Measurement entries. It validates those histories, filters them to the selected time range and shows separate numerical trends without claiming that one metric caused another.

How to use it

  1. Save real data in the Training Volume, Recovery / Readiness or Body Measurement tools.
  2. Open this dashboard to see whichever histories are available on this browser and device.
  3. Switch between the last 30 days, last 90 days and all saved history.
  4. Choose metric or US display units for training volume and body weight.
  5. Print or save the dashboard to PDF, or export a standalone HTML summary.

Important limitations

This dashboard is a progress summary, not a diagnosis or coaching decision. Training volume, readiness and body-weight changes are displayed separately and should not be interpreted as proof that one caused another. Missing data stays missing; the dashboard does not estimate, interpolate or insert sample values. Local browser data may be lost if browser storage is cleared.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the dashboard get its data?

It reads real results you previously saved in the GentleTools Training Volume, Recovery / Readiness and Body Measurement tools on this browser and device.

Does the dashboard add sample workouts or measurements?

No. Every empty state remains empty until you save real data yourself.

Does Exercise Volume affect the Training Volume chart?

No. Single-exercise results are stored separately and are not used as whole-session progression points.

Can I use pounds?

Yes. The dashboard can display saved training volume and body weight in pounds while the shared stored values remain normalized internally.

Does a change in readiness explain a change in body weight or workout volume?

No. The dashboard shows separate numerical histories and does not claim causation between them.
