GUIDES

How to use Super Fitness

Follow these steps in order the first time. After setup, most days only need Today, Train and Nutrition.

Back to app ↑
1Start here

Open Today. Check the dashboard first. Empty values are normal until you save workout, nutrition, readiness or measurement data.

Best first action: save your equipment and any movement exclusions, then build a workout plan.

2Equipment & limitations

Select only equipment you can actually use. Movement exclusions remove only those movements from Exercise Library alternatives.

In the workout planner, normal injury/limitation selections switch the plan to Conservative Mode; they should not block generation. Only the separately labelled urgent warning signs pause generation.

3Generate a workout plan

Go to Train → Workout planner. Choose goal, experience, training days, session time and equipment. Add limitations or excluded movements when needed, then press Generate workout plan.

The generated plan shows exercises, sets, reps, RPE and rest. Save it only when you want to keep it in this browser.

4Run a live workout

Use Train → Live workout during the session. Log load, reps and optional RPE for each working set. The active session survives a normal page reload.

Use the rest timer and compare later sessions through Progress rather than judging one workout in isolation.

5Nutrition

First set targets under Nutrition → Nutrition targets. Then use the daily log for calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water.

Charts and adherence compare your actual intake with your saved target. They are tracking tools, not a medical diet prescription.

6Progress

Use Progress for weight and body measurements, training history and weekly review. Look at multi-day trends rather than a single weigh-in.

Every table/chart should show its units. If you change kg/lb or cm/in, keep the same unit system when comparing older entries.

7Recovery & readiness

Complete the Recovery check-in when sleep, soreness, stress or energy feels meaningfully different. The score is deterministic and does not diagnose anything.

80–100: normal training. 60–79: reduce optional volume/maximal effort. Below 60: prefer an easier or shorter session.

8Sample data, backup & delete

Sample Mode is for testing the interface. It uses isolated sample data and must never alter real Fitness records.

Use Backup data before moving devices or clearing browser storage. Delete controls are separated into Today, one module, app setup and everything.
